What is the delivery cost?
There is none... we proudly offer free delivery to all UK addresses so you need not worry about getting to the checkout and seeing an extortionate delivery fee added onto the total cost of your order. Sadly, we are unable to offer free postage on international orders with the postage costs being worked out on the total size and weight of the order.
How long for delivery?
We use Royal Mail 2nd class delivery as our free delivery option which takes 3-4 working days and offer also offer Royal Mail 1st class delivery which takes approx 1-2 working days for delivery to UK mainland addresses however this may vary with other parts of the UK. We offer two services for international orders; standard untracked shipping which can take up to 14 business days and tracked shipping which can take up to 7 business days. Can i cancel an order?
You may cancel an order providing the order has not been marked as fulfilled. To cancel an order please use our contact form by clicking here. If the order has been marked as fulfilled and you wish to return it please refer to the next paragraph down.
Can i return an order?
You can return and order for a refund within 30 days of purchase but items must be returned without any of the protective seals broken and in their original packaging. To read more about returning an item please see our refund policy by clicking here.
Where is my order?
If your order has not arrived within 3 working days please contact us via our contact form by clicking here. We will then chase the delivery up with Royal Mail to launch an investigation as to where the order is, if they are unable to locate a refund or replacement will be offered.
My item arrived damaged/leaking, what do i do?
If in the unfortunate event your item arrives damaged or leaking please contact us via our contact form by clicking here. We will reply to you within 24 hours and will request photos so we can raise a claim with the courier so please have these ready to sent once we reply. Upon receiving photos we will offer an immediate solution.
Can i recycle the pouch?
